Finally, here’s some pictures from Friday night. My Master and I went out to a combination art show and bondage performance. I’m sitting in the background in a number of these pictures, and in all of them, I manage not to be looking at the performance (and I look bored out of my mind, as well!) Really, it was a lovely and unique performance (the rigger suspended the model — and they were BOTH wearing blindfolds!) and I had a great time seeing Lochai , Miss Maggie Mayhem, Thomas Roche, and a number of other cool friends — just perfect to see friends and have a little taste of the local kink scene before going home and dealing with family!

Oh! And since I’m actually posting on a Sunday (my Master is lost to the world, working on the new server he’s building), I get to join in with the My Bottom Smarts Spanko Brunch #153. The question today is:

Have you any special spanking-related plans or wishes for this holiday season? Are there any noteworthy gifts or events in your plans? If not, what would you like to be getting or doing?

Well, we will be stuck at my parent’s house for Christmas, so any spankings that occur will have to be done very quietly – and I’m not generally known for being quiet, so if he does spank me, he has to gruffly order me not to make any noise – and I have to beg to stuff my face in a pillow!

This year there are no directly-related spanking gifts – when we have those, we open them at home before we leave (and of course, try them out!)

One of the best I’ve ever given him was a Weighted Bookmark that has the words, “Regard the weight of words rather than their number” (Cicero) stamped in the leather. I figured it applied not just to words, but to spanks, as well! But, happily, we will be home in time for New Years, and my perfect way to celebrate it would be for us to drink a lot of champagne (several bottles of our favorite brand have already been laid in!) and have sex and spankings all night long – how better to ring in the New Year?!

The people over at sexandsubmission.com don’t do enough shoots of schoolgirls getting spanked (IMHO) but when they do, they don’t mess around!

I cannot believe I missed Abel and Haron’s post about Roman punishments for wives! How hot! (Whenever a lover has said anything in Latin to me, I’ve just melted to the floor in a puddle of lust. Dead languages are so hot, and Latin has that extra patina of sexiness because of the associations with the church, and say, the Inquisition….)

It reminds me of a fantasy I have about my Master, but it’s just part of a larger, long-running fantasy. It basically has us being reborn into the same roles over and over again throughout the ages.

Last night I had today’s post all worked out in my head, but now I’ve forgotten what I was going to write about!

Well, I do have the news that my Master and I are going to Australia on Friday, so if I miss a few days of posting at the beginning of the week, it’s because email access might be spotty while we are travelling.

In good news, I’ll be doing a shoot with I Shot Myself while we are there, and possibly another shoot as well (yes, as a model!) so there will be even more naughty pictures of me on the internet! I will of course provide samples and links as they become available! I should see if there are any Australian spanking websites I could model for! (Anyone have any suggestions?) This is a quick, somewhat random “catch-up” post.

This weekend was supposed to be a huge shoot weekend: an outdoors bondage shoot with Luke Degre and a new model on Saturday, and then a 6 hour shoot on Sunday with Lady Ripplee Severin and her girl, models Kade and Skye, and then also some fetish portraits of my friend Miu.

The shoot on Saturday went well, although we froze our bums off. I got some lovely shots, and I’m going to process my Master’s images tommorow, but I’m sure he got great stuff, too. The model was a great sport, and it was her first time doing a bondage shoot, so I think she wins some sort of award for bravery (being outside for all to see, wearing nothing but rope, knickers, and a camisole in the cold, cold wind whipping off the Pacific.) I’ll post some pictures later!

However, at the last minute, Sunday fell through. Two of the models had a health-related issue (there’s a fascinating story behind it, involving making porn, but it’s not my story to tell) and since I was renting my friend’s studio, I needed to kinda pack ‘em in to make it financially prudent. So the whole darn thing got cancelled, and now I have to try and get it rescheduled, and coordinating that many people’s schedules is never easy, but when it comes to models, it’s a bit like herding kittens. (And I can say this, as I am a model as well! So there!)

Speaking of models, my Master and I are shooting the gorgeous Sybil Hawthorne next week (whee!) and I just found this quote on her blog:

My Master and I had some playtime on Sunday, but it didn’t go very well. Our connection was just not, well, connecting properly. When something like that happens, I have trouble letting go of the disappointment and hurt, and moving on so we can turn a mistake into something good. So the disappointment is at least half my fault, and of course it’s my problem from the start that I hold on too tightly to my hopes and expectations.

Scenes can’t always be the perfect combinations of lust and complimentary desires and profound connection. Sometimes people are tired, or have trouble focusing due to stress, or sometimes things just get confused because life is like that. I need to learn to “let go” so that my Master and I can salvage a scene-gone-wrong, and turn it into something reaffirming — or at least just fun!

Anyway, I come into this Monday sad and feeling emotionally worn-out, and wishing I could get a “do-over” of Sunday. Our weekends together are so short, loosing a day like that really stings.

This shot is not just of me, but I think nicely sums up the whole Folsom Experience.

Yes, that’s a guy holding his dick behind my head. No, I have no idea he’s there. (My Master thought this was very funny!) Many guys walk around the fair entirely naked, or wearing just a cock-ring, or nipple rings, or a collar. Not many women do! Happily, most of the naked guys are gay, which means they don’t bother me at all — I think gay men should romp naked in the streets at every possible opportunity! But for some reason, the kinds of straight guys who choose to wander around naked are always the kinds of guys who just come off as a little slimy, the not cool kind of perverts.

Although I must say that this year I didn’t get my ass grabbed when we were in the crowd — people really seemed more polite this year. Folsom gets really crowded — there are parts of the street where it’s just a seething mass of people, with not more than two inches in between them, and all are pushing and shoving to get in their desired direction, which is generally the completely opposite one from the people around them! It’s pure chaos, but as you look around you, people are dressed in leather and latex and schoolgirl outfits and ponygirl gear and uniforms and, well, every fetish there is (including the guys walking around naked) and it’s really an amazing experience.

I’ve had so much fun reading my friend’s blogs today.

I’ve got a crazy-busy week. Monday was a holiday for us in the U.S. Tuesday is more frenzied image processing (and making cards to hand out at the Folsom Street Fair, Wednesday I’m meeting with the bondage rigger whom I might be working with (photography, not modeling — or possibly both!) and I’m doing a class in CSS on Thursday so I won’t be posting that day, and then on Friday I have a shoot with a pro-domme and her girl.

I will try to keep up here — and answer Karl’s great question on my last post, but please be patient with me if I miss a day!

It’s really funny, everyone who links to me puts me in a different category, depending on what my recent blog posts have been about.

• If I’ve been putting up some of the pictures from my modeling days, they put me under “spanking model,” or “fetish model.”
• If I’m linking to spanking blogs and classic spanking videos, then I’m put in the “general spanking” category.
• If I’ve been talking about my M/s relationship, then this blog is a “Master slave blog.” (Or even, a “blog about master/servant relationships” — Oh well, at least he thinks it’s “fascinating”!)*

But I thought when I started doing this blog that I had managed to concentrate my varied kinky interests into the specific and most vital ones. I don’t write here about the tentacle monster anime that I love. I’ve been in erotic cannibalism fetish shoots, and vampiric blood-drinking shoots. But what I post here is spanking stuff (and yes, some bondage, but they go together like chocolate and peanut butter!)

But now I wonder: am I still too diversified? Are the spankos turned off because I’m in an M/s relationship? Are the M/s people bored with my blog because my Master and I do more spanking and Daddy/girl stuff and less high Gorean protocol? Do the “real” people not trust me because I’ve been a porn model?** (And I don’t even have to ask if the domestic discipline people sniff and look down their noses at me because I’m unashamedly into various aspects of BDSM — okay, okay, all the aspects.)

Do I just not fit in anywhere?

Bah. I don’t know. I think I’m coming down with something; I have a sore throat and a fever. Undoubtedly this is just me feeling down because I don’t feel well, and I’ll be back to being your chipper kinky blogger soon.
