Seven random things
Okay, I managed to avoid this meme when kaya tagged all her readers, but now Mollena has tagged me in a most unequivocal way, so here I go:
seven random things you didn’t know about me (but do now)
- I love dinosaurs, and my favorite is Triceratops — because he was an herbivore, but could still kick T-Rex’s ass all over town.
- I have read the Lord of the Rings trilogy at least 20 times in my life. And I HATE the movies! My favorite character is Treebeard.
- I sleep with a stuffed wolf cub every night, named Kodah.
- Except when my Master goes on trips very far away. Then I ask him to take Kodah with him, so I won’t worry so much. When my Master went to India, he sent back pictures of Kodah in hotel rooms, at ancient temples, contemplating Indian squirrels, etc. While Kodah is away with my Master, I may sleep with a black bear named Olallieberry, or my stuffed Triceratops, named Trinity.
- I love being in small enclosed spaces. You’ve heard of claustrophobia — I have claustrophilia! It started when I was a kid — I have memories of favorite small enclosed spaces that are richer than most of my other memories. One was in a doctor’s office “kid’s playroom,” that had a niche you could only get into by a small round hole, and once inside, one wall was stained glass, and the colorful light made me really happy. For some reason, it was part of my sexuality — I remember being in small enclosed spaces the same way I remember fantasizing about the spanking monsters, or finding references to spanking in books or tv.
- Also sexual from my childhood: the smell of new gym mats. A very rubbery smell. I like the smell of latex clothing just fine, but if you put me in a room with a gym mat, I’ll be lying on it and breathing in deeply through my nose (errr, that’s the polite way of saying “huffing”) in no time flat!
- The jobs I wanted to have, in chronological order: paleontologist (circa age 5), librarian (circa age 8), writer and illustrator (circa age 12), spy and/or navy pilot (circa age 15 — yes I’d gotten into the John Le Carré section of the library, and that was around the time Top Gun came out…), interior designer (circa age 17), porn star (circa age 19), web-designer (circa age 23). I’m now back to wanting to be a writer (when I grow up — heh!), although I’m happy doing web-design and working in the porn industry, too!
So there you are. Proof of my geekiness laid out for all to see!
In return I tag:
Paul — please do this meme in the comments for this post!
I don’t know who else from my friends has already done this post, so if you are reading this, and feel like doing it, feel free to leave it in the comments for this post if you don’t have a blog, or do it on your blog (in which case, let me know so I can go read it!)

Zille, your meme is much more interesting than mine, I love reading my friends memes, I learn so much about them.
Snap about Lord of the Rings, I have the three volume boxed first edition, not mint, it’s been read far to often. I agree the the Ents are fascinating, while Treebeard is a wonderful character, I fell for Quickbeam my opposite. If I had to chose one character and my absolute favourite. it’s Tom Bombadil. I do have the film set I watched it once, there are too many mistakes and too much missing.
Your meme reveals so much about your inner child, it’s really interesting.
7 Random Things Meme
1) I was a stubborn child; I have been known to spend the night at the table when told not to leave before I finished what was on my plate.
I also requested the meal be sent to the starving children in Hungary, Poland or Czechoslovakia, when reminded of them if I had no appetite.
2) As a child I was frightened of Moths, while I no longer fear them, I will remove them from any room I am in, I just don’t like them, possibly for the same reason that I don’t like peaches.
3) I technically lost my virginity at twelve to a red headed fourteen-year old; I believe it was curiosity rather than passion that drove her. Fortunately for me I was unable to ejaculate, I hesitate to think what might have happened if I had been able to, in hindsight that is.
4) By the time I was fourteen I was a keen Archer, at sixteen I had made my own longbow, it had a 90lb pull.
5) When Mel and I first met, Mel collected figures of Wolves and I of Owls, strange as the Owl is her symbolic animal and the wolf mine, I now have over eight hundred figures of anything from gold through clay.
6) I have been a dedicated spanko for as long as I can remember, I discovered that I was a Dom at around fourteen.
7) I have had two serious accidents in my life both motorcycle accidents, they taught me to be extra careful. I take a dim view of bad and careless driving.
I told you dear girl, not nearly as interesting as yours.
Love and warm hugs,
Paul.
Paul,
Those are cool and fascinating insights into you!
I don’t like peaches, either — much prefer nectarines due to their lack of fuzz! Moths don’t freak me out, but I HATE bugs in general. Anything with a dark shiny carapace will have me squealing like a girl…!
I wanted to loose my virginity at 12 — but luckily for me, it took me until I was 15 to find a partner!
And I love archery (and riflery!) I don’t get to practice them, but I do have pretty good aim naturally, and if I did practice, I bet I could be darn good! I want a picture of you as a boy with your longbow — I bet you look hot!
Oh, and Tom Bombadil rocks! He is my second favorite character, although he perhaps ties with Gandalf….
Your blog is jolly fun and very well written. I write primarily to agree with you about the lord of the rings movies. I thought the first was okay, but the moment in the second when the hobbits started telling the Ents what to do I knew the director didn’t understand the basic truth of the books. It made me sick and I actually ended up yelling at my brother-in-law, who really wasn’t someone who had read the books. He thought is was just fine, of course. But, but, but. So wrong in so many ways. And Treebeard and Tom Bombadil are the most truly important charcters (well, Goldberry, of course, is the Goddess). Anyway, I am gratified to see this fleeting reference to a subject I am thorouoghly passionate about.
And your site certainly did turn me on. I particularly liked the anal sex posts. And the posts about the riding crop. Love the crop. I’ll be back, certainly.
